Aspect of Empowering Reaper can be salvaged from a Legendary Item at the Blacksmith and it will be stored in your Codex of Power. It can also be rewarded for completing the following dungeon. Visit the Occultist to imprint the Legendary Aspect onto another Legendary or Rare item.

Offensive

Damaging enemies with Sever has a 15 - 35% chance to spawn a pool of Blight under the target that deals 70 - 190% [x] bonus damage. This effect can only happen once every 3 seconds.

Gloves, Offhand, 1H Weapon, 2H Weapon (+100%), Ring, Amulet (+50%)

Chance for Sever to create Blight increased from 10-25% to 15-30%.
Blight bonus damage increased from 40-100%[x] to 60-120%[x].

Blight bonus damage increased from 20 - 60% to 40 - 80%.

Patch 1.1.1, August 8, 2023
