Ice Armor is a Sorcerer skill from the Defensive skill tree. Its features are:

Grants Player Exploits Condition
Barrier Vulnerable
+ Mana Regen
Freezes (CC)
Defensive
Frost

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
A Barrier of ice forms around you for 6 seconds, absorbing 56% of your Maximum Life in damage.

Upon getting hit, you have a 5% chance to apply Ice Armor.

Enemies that hit you while Ice Armor is active have a 15% chance to be Frozen (CC) for 3 seconds.

* Barriers absorb damage from all sources up to a specified amount.
* Frozen enemies cannot move or attack. Enemies can be Frozen by repeatedly Chilling them.
* Vulnerable enemies take 20% increased damage.

Tips for using Ice Armor

  • Ice Armor applies no damage so items that improve elemental damage will not affect it. Freeze and Barrier duration improvements will, however.

                  • Now – While Ice Armor is active, you reduce its Cooldown by 1 second for every 50 Mana you spend.
                • Mystical Ice Armor
                  • Previous – Damage against Vulnerable enemies contributes 50% more to Ice Armor’s Barrier.
                  • Now – While Ice Armor is active, you periodically Chill Close enemies for 20% and deal 15% increased damage to Frozen enemies.
