Blizzard

Blizzard is a Sorcerer skill from the Mastery skill tree. Its features are:

Grants Player Exploits Condition
Cold Dmg Frozen
Chills (CC) Core Skills
Freezes
Mastery
Frost

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.

Summon a frigid blizzard that deals 130% damage and continually Chills (CC) enemies for 18% over 8 seconds.

Mana Cost: 40

Enchantment Slot Effect

Every 15 seconds, a Blizzard forms over you and follows you for 6 seconds.

Damage: Cold

Lucky Hit Chance: 33%

While you have an active Blizzard, your Core Skills cost 20% less Mana.

* Chilled enemies have reduced Movement Speed. Repeatedly Chilling and enemy will Freeze it.
* Frozen enemies cannot move or attack. Enemies can be Frozen by repeatedly Chilling them.

Description: When you Stun (CC), Freeze (CC), or Immobilize (CC) an Elite enemy, or damage a Boss, it Pulls (CC) In Nearby enemies. You deal [30 - 60]%[x] increased damage to them for 3 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 12 seconds.

Description: For each type of elemental damage you deal, gain [X] 14% increased damage for 4 seconds. Dealing Elemental damage refreshes all bonuses. (Sorcerer Only)

  • For every 5 Willpower purchased within range, you gain + 1.1% increased damage to Crowd Controlled targets.

Bonus:

  • For every 5 Intelligence (Necro) purchased within range, you deal + 2% (lvl 1) - 10% (lvl 21) increased damage to Crowd Controlled targets.
  • For every 5 Intelligence (Rogue) / 5 Dexterity (Sorc) purchased within range, you deal 3% (lvl 1) - 15% (lvl 21) increased damage to Crowd Controlled enemies.

Additional Bonus:

  • You (and your Minions, necro only) deal x 10% increased damage to Slowed (CC) or Chilled (CC) enemies or, instead, x 20% increased damage to Stunned (CC) or Frozen (CC) enemies.

Requirements: 40 Int (Necro), 25 Int (Rogue), 25 Dex (Sorc) (in radius range)

  • Paragon nodes within range gain + 15% (lvl 1) - 75% (lvl 21) bonus to their Lightning damage and damage reduction modifiers.

Rare: Sorcerer

Bonus:

  • Paragon nodes within range gain + 15% (lvl 1) - 75% (lvl 21) bonus to their Non-physical damage and damage reduction modifiers.

Additional Bonus:

  • Dealing Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage to an enemy increases all damage you deal to them by x 5% for 10 seconds, stacking once per element.

Requirements: 40 Intelligence (in radius range)

  • For every 5 Intelligence purchased within range, you deal +2% (lvl 1) -10% (lvl 21) increased Non-physical damage.

Additional Bonus:

  • For each skill equipped in your Enchantment Slots, gain + 5% Maximum Resistance to that Skill's element.

Frostbite

Rare: Sorcerer

Bonus:

  • For every 5 Willpower purchased within range, you deal + 3% (lvl 1) - 15% (lvl 21) increased damage to Chilled (CC) targets.

Additional Bonus:

  • Enemies deal 15% reduced damage to you for 5 seconds after they are no longer Frozen.

Requirements: 25 Willpower (in radius range)

Bonus:

  • Grants + 25% (lvl 1) - 125% (lvl 21) bonus to all Rare nodes within range.

Additional Bonus:

  • Whenever you Chill (CC) or Freeze (CC) an enemy, you deal x 3% increased Cold damage for 10 seconds, up to x 15%.

Requirements: 25 Dexterity (in radius range)
