Soulbrand is unique chest armor that can be equipped by all classes and can be found in World Tier 4 (Torment Difficulty) dropped from monsters Level 85 or higher.
To target farm the Soulbrand head to the Gaping Crevasse (Map) near Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel.
