Azurewrath is a unique one-handed Sword that can only be equipped by the Barbarian and can be found in World Tier 4 (Torment Difficulty) dropped from monsters Level 60 or higher.
To target farm the Azurewrath head to the Gaping Crevasse (Map) near Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel.
The Barbarian has access to other specific Barbarian Unique Items.

The Azurewrath has a flat damage effect, which scales with power. |
