Scoundrel's Leathers is unique chest armor that can only be equipped by the Rogue and can be found in World Tier 3 (Nightmare Difficulty) and above dropped from monsters Level 50 or higher.
To target farm the Scoundrel's Leathers head to the Gaping Crevasse (Map) near Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel.
The Rogue has access to other specific Rogue Unique Items.
