Vengeful Aspect can be salvaged from a Legendary Item at the Blacksmith and it will be stored in your Codex of Power. It can also be rewarded for completing the following dungeon. Visit the Occultist to imprint the Legendary Aspect onto another Legendary or Rare item.

Lucky Hit: Damaging a Vulnerable enemy has up to a 25% chance to create an Arrow Storm at the enemy's location , dealing [156 - 404] Physical damage over 3 seconds. Your Arrow Storms deal [45 - 60]% increased damage.
