Aspect of Decay can be salvaged from any found Legendary item at the Blacksmith and it will be stored in your Codex of Power. Visit the Occultist to imprint the Legendary Aspect onto another Legendary or Rare item.

Each time the Shadowblight Key Passive deals damage to enemies, it increases the next Shadowblight's damage within 10 seconds by [30 - 45]%[x], stacking up to 5 times.
