Lightning Spear

Lightning Spear is a Sorcerer skill from the Conjuration skill tree. Its features are:

Grants Player Exploits Condition
Lightning Dmg Critical Strike Damage
Stuns (CC) Critical Strike Chance
Vulnerable Crackling Energy
Conjuration
Shock

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.

Conjure a spear of lightning that seeks out enemies for 6 seconds, dealing 15% damage per hit. Critical Strikes apply Vulnerable for 3 seconds.

Mana Cost: 20 seconds.

Enchantment Slot Effect

Absorbing Crackling Energy has a 10% chance to conjure a Lightning Spear.
