Aspect of Arrow Storms can be salvaged from a Legendary Item at the Blacksmith and it will be stored in your Codex of Power. It can also be rewarded for completing the following dungeon. Visit the Occultist to imprint the Legendary Aspect onto another Legendary or Rare item.

Offensive

Lucky Hit: Your Marksman and Cutthroat Skills have up to a 25% chance to create an Arrow Storm at the enemy's location, dealing [156 - 404] Physical damage over 3 seconds. Your Arrow Storms deal [45 - 60]% increased damage.

Gloves, 1H Weapon, 2H Weapon (+100%), Ring, Amulet (+50%)

Arrow Storm damage increased by 30%.
Bonus damage dealt by all Arrow Storms increased from x25 - 35% to x30 - 40%.

Patch 1.4.0, May 14, 2024

Previous – Lucky Hit: Your Marksman Skills have up to a 10% chance to create an arrow storm at the enemy’s location, dealing physical damage over 3 seconds. You can have up to 5 active arrow storms.
Now – Lucky Hit: Your Marksman Skills have up to a 36% chance to create an Arrow Storm at the enemy’s location, dealing Physical damage over 3 seconds. Your Arrow Storms deal 25-40% increased damage.
