Wildheart Hunger

Wildheart Hunger are unique boots that can only be equipped by the Druid and can be found in World Tier 4 (Torment Difficulty) dropped from monsters Level 76 or higher.

Wildheart Hunger can be target farmed from Lord Zir.

The Druid has access to other specific Druid Unique Items.
