Description: A Pestilent Swarm spawns from you every 4 seconds, dealing [53 - 98] Poison damage per hit.

Your Pestilent Swarms now orbit around you and generate 3 Vigor per hit.

  • +37.5% % Poison Resistance

  • [7.0 - 8.0] Critical Strike Chance
  • [17.5 - 23.0]% Movement Speed
  • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[43.3 - 47.3]% Chance to Make Enemies Vulnerable for 2 Seconds
  • +[15.5 - 20.0]% Chance for Pestilent Swarm to Deal Double Damage


Changes to Ring of the Writhing Moon

  • Added in Season 3.
  • Rend’s duration is increased by 2.0–4.0 seconds. Damaging enemies with Brawling Skills applies 2 stacks of Rend’s Bleed. This effect can only occur once every 4 seconds per enemy.
