Pestilent Swarm

Pestilent Swarm is a condition associated with the Spiritborn. Although it isn't a specific skill it is an effect caused by certain items and skills.

Exalted Devourer While The Devourer is active, if a Non-Boss enemy's remaining Life becomes Poisoned they die instantly and unleash a Pestilent Swarm that deals 30% damage per hit to enemies it passes through.

Aspect of Pestilence	Offensive	Stinger spawns a Pestilent Swarm at its target location which deals 35 -75% of Stinger's Base damage per hit. Aspect of Infestation	Offensive	Lucky Hit: Centipede Skills have up to a 35% chance to spawn a Pestilent Swarm from the target which deals 53 - 113 Poison damage per hit. Pestilent Swarms now also deal 100% of their Base damage as Poisoning damage over 6 seconds (DoT). Gloves, Offhand, 1H Weapon, 2H Weapon (+100%), Ring, Amulet (+50%)	N/A	Extraction	Spiritborn
