No Game Pass for Diablo 4

In a tweet from Rod Fergusson this morning he confirms there is no Game Pass for Diablo 4.

Due to the current situation with the Microsoft / Activision acquisition and it not having gone through, this was to be expected.

It's awesome seeing the excitement around the Diablo IV Beta, and our Wolf Pack puppy! We’ve been getting some questions about D4 on Game Pass and I want to let you know we have no plans for that. See you in Sanctuary during the Beta Early Access weekend starting on March 17!

Of course, this could all change once the deal is done and we may see Diablo 4 on Game Pass, it’s just that Rod can’t say it will until the deal is done. How long it would take to appear on Game Pass would also be an unknown.

In other words, buy the thing and don’t hold out in the hope it will appear on Game Pass. Besides you can access the beta this weekend if you get a pre-order in now and we think that’s worth the money up front now.
