Ring of Starless Skies is a unique Ring that can be equipped by all classes and can be found in World Tier 4 (Torment Difficulty) dropped from monsters Level 85 or higher.

To target farm the Ring of Starless Skies head to the level 100 dungeon Gaping Crevasse (Map) near to Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel or defeat The Echo of Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall (Map).
