Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul can be target farmed from Varshan.

The Necromancer has access to other specific Necromancer Unique Items.

Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul Armor: 111 All Resist The mere proximity of a practitioner of such dark arts can rouse the dead and disturb those souls who have earned their rest. Type: Unique Ring Class: Necromancer Description: Corpse Tendrils gains the effect of every Upgrade and is automatically cast every [8.0 - 6.0] seconds.
