A Diablo 4 Season 8 Campfire Chat will be coming soon and we now know there will be a PTR for the next Season.
This next campfire chat will take place on 7 March at 11AM PT. This chat should be interesting because it’s covering mid-season update plans and changes to the balance philosophy. Once that is out the way, Blizzard will be talking more about the Season 8 PTR so we should get an insight into what’s coming next Season, well, some of the details at least.
The mid-season updates have generally tried to fix up broken mechanics when the seasons launch, and we’re hoping that eventually, seasons will roll out without having to make extensive changes after they launch.
This chat could be a long one, but it depends on how much detail we get with the balance discussion. Getting a better understanding of what the dev team is thinking is going to be a plus for all players.
