A couple of days ago Blizzard halted all trading thanks to a gold and item duping exploit.
In the early hours, a short and to-the-point message was posted announcing that trading was now back in action.
We have re-enabled trade in Diablo IV this evening after a backend fix to address the exploit.
That’s it. No more details and we do not know how many accounts were caught using the exploit although that will likely be posted at some point as more people pressure Blizzard on it.
While it’s not exactly great this has happened, it won’t have much of an impact with no ladders as yet and trading is certainly not as popular as we#ve seen in Diablo 2 for example but some people are doing it.
