The Grandfather is a Mythic Unique two-handed Sword that can only be equipped by the Barbarian and Necromancer The Grandfather is a Mythic Unique available exclusively in the Torment difficulty tiers. Drop rates improve as you progress into higher Torment levels.

While any monster can drop The Grandfather, Belial offers the highest drop rates by far. Andariel and Duriel come next, with 50% better odds than other Lair Bosses.

Belial in the Palace of the Deceiver, in Amber Sands, Kehjistan (Map).
Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall, near Tarsarak in Kehjistan (Map).
Duriel in the Gaping Grevasse near Gea Kul in Kehjistan (Map).
Can be crafted at the Jewelers.

To target farm the The Grandfather, head to the level 100 dungeon Gaping Crevasse (Map) near to Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel or defeat The Echo of Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall (Map).

The Grandfather can be crafted at the Jeweler using Runes.
