Belial is a member of the Boss Ladder and can be farmed for Regular and Mythic Uniques as part of the endgame content. Belial was added to Diablo 4 in Season 8 as a new Boss challenge

Belial is one of the Lesser Evils and appeared in Diablo 3 in Act 2.
How to get Belial Rewards
He is located in Kehkistan (Map).
To access Belial's horde reward in Torment 1 or higher, players require:
2 x Betrayer Husk - Dropped by Belial in ambush encouters while fighting other bosses.
Defeating your first Tormented Boss drops one Resplendent Spark as a first-time reward (account bound).

Difficulty
As of Season 8, Belial is the hardest Boss to beat in the game.
Belial Ambush
If players defeat any of the bosses, there is a small chance that Belial will spawn at the end of the boss fight giving players the opportunity to double their loot.
Belial Supreme Form
To access the Supreme form of Belial, players will need to defeat Belial in an ambush. This is the only way to acquire the Lair Key required to fight his Supreme form.
Supreme Form Rewards
Unlike other bosses, when Belial is defeated, they can access his Hoard of loot. Once accessed, players can mimic the rewards from the Boss Loot Tables.
Belial will also drop the following:
- Ancestral Unique Item.
- Infernal Compass.
