Resplendent Spark is a material used by the Alchemist to craft Uber Uniques. Uber Uniques can be dropped by Duriel and Andariel but there is also a tiny chance that other Bosses on the Boss Ladder can drop Uber Uniques.
Tormented (Level 200, World Tier 4) versions of the Bosses have a higher drop rate.
Defeating your first Tormented Boss drops one Resplendent Spark as a first-time reward (account bound).
