Deathspeaker's Pendant is a unique Dagger that can only be equipped by the Necromancer and can be found in World Tier 3 (Nightmare Difficulty) and above dropped from monsters Level 60 or higher.

Deathspeaker's Pendant can be target farmed from The Beast in the Ice.

The Necromancer has access to other specific Necromancer Unique Items.

Deathspeaker's Pendant

Once a sanctum for Rathma's studies, the Temple of the Deathspeaker became a proving grounds for potential leaders of his priesthood. Its halls are filled with the corpses of those who failed.

Type: Amulet

Description: Blood Surge casts a mini nova on your Minions, dealing # damage. Damage is increased by 10.0% per target drained by the initial cast, up to 50.0%.

Changes to Deathspeaker's Pendant

Patch 1-2-0, October 27, 2023

  • Summoning Skill Damage affix increased by 100%.
  • Overpower Damage affix replaced with Essence Cost Reduction.
  • Damage increased from 0.1-0.15 to 0.15-0.2.
