Harlequin Crest is a Mythic Unique Helm that can be equipped by all classes Harlequin Crest is a Mythic Unique available exclusively in the Torment difficulty tiers. Drop rates improve as you progress into higher Torment levels.
While any monster can drop Harlequin Crest, Belial offers the highest drop rates by far. Andariel and Duriel come next, with 50% better odds than other Lair Bosses.
To target farm the Harlequin Crest, head to the level 100 dungeon Gaping Crevasse (Map) near to Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel or defeat The Echo of Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall (Map).
