Ice Shards

Ice Shards is a Sorcerer skill from the Core skill tree. Its features are:

Grants Player Exploits Condition
Cold Dmg Frozen
Vulnerable Barrier

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.


Ice Shards

Launch 5 shards that deal 32% damage each. Deals 25%[x] increased damage to Frozen (CC) enemies.

Ice Shards automatically conjure and fly towards Frozen (CC) (CC) enemies.

Lucky Hit Chance: 16%
Damage: Cold Damage
Tags: Core, Frost

* Ice Shards does not chill.


Upgrade Hub
Enhanced Ice Shards

Ice Shards have a 40% chance to ricochet to another enemy. Ice Shards always ricochet off of Frozen enemies.

Upgrade Hub
Greater Ice Shards

While you have a Barrier active, Ice Shards always receives its bonuses against Frozen enemies.

Destructive Ice Shards

Hitting an enemy with 5 Ice Shards in a single cast makes them Vulnerable for 2 seconds.

    • Paragon nodes within range gain + 15% (lvl 1) - 75% (lvl 21) bonus to their Non-physical damage and damage reduction modifiers.

    Additional Bonus:

    • Dealing Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage to an enemy increases all damage you deal to them by x 5% for 10 seconds, stacking once per element.

    Requirements: 40 Intelligence (in radius range)
