Diablo 4 Season 9 Hotfix 1 has been released by Blizzard, and it sorts out the Horadric Phials not dropping issue that was reported last night. Also note, they are addressing Nightmare Sigils, which have not been dropping when concluding a dungeon, and the Arcana drop rate. Here are the notes on this:

- Fixed an issue where Horadric Phials were not dropping at the intended rate.
Developer Note: We will have a follow-up Hotfix to address a bug with the low droprate of Arcana in Horadric Strongrooms. We also plan to fix a bug with Nightmare Sigil drops not being rewarded upon completing a dungeon. We thank you all for your patience and feedback on this.
