We’ve seen all sorts of comments from closed beta testers. Some say it feels more like Diablo 3, others Diablo 2. From that, we can assume that perhaps Diablo 4 is finding that sweet spot for combat feel.
I have to say I do prefer not having monsters colour coded and they are right in that it does pull you more into the fantasy world. A good design decision but I am sure not everyone will agree.
