Mythic Uniques

Mythic Uniques (formerly Uber Uniques) are like all the other Unique Items but they are the very best, the top tier and are much rarer than the others.

Mythic Uniques can start dropping from monster level 55 at item power of 925. They can be worn by level 35 Characters so they are good for alts.

Mythic Unique Rules

• Always drop as Ancestral with 800 Item Power.
• Will always have at least 1 Greater Affix.
• Can be Masterworked.
• Can add sockets.
• Can not be Tempered.
• Can not be Enchanted.

Where do I find Mythic Uniques?

Mythic Uniques are available exclusively in the Torment difficulty tiers. Drop rates improve as you progress into higher Torment levels..

• Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall, near Tarsarak in Kehjistan (Map).
• Duriel in the Gaping Grevasse near Gea Kul in Kehjistan (Map).
• Can be crafted at the Jewelers.

Salvaging and Crafting Mythic Uniques

Unwanted Mythic Uniques can be salvaged at a Blacksmith and players gain 1 Resplendent Spark for each Mythic Unique that's salvaged. The Salvaging will unlock any transmogrification in your Wardrobe too.

These sparks can be used at the Alchemist who, in return for 4, plus 50,000,000 Gold will craft you one of 6 other Mythic Uniques you can choose from.

Can only occur once every 30 seconds.

Andariel's Visage Armor: 1,275 Armor The horrific whispers of the Maiden of Anguish flicker through your mind, pushing you ever closer to madness... Type: Mythic Unique Helm Class: All Classes Description: Lucky Hit: Up to a 20% chance to trigger a poison nova that deals 40% of the damage dealt over 5 seconds to enemies in the area.

+15.0% Attack Speed +110 All Stats +338 Life On Hit +666 Poison Resistance

Doombringer Whenever this ancient sword has reappeared throughout history, it portends a time of great strife, as well as a devastating loss of life. Type: Mythic Unique Sword Class: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Rogue, Sorcerer, Warlock Description: Lucky Hit: Up to a 40% chance to deal 1,500 Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage dealt by 25% for 5 seconds.

El'Druin, Sword of Justice You hold Justice itself in your hands. Type: Mythic Unique Sword Class: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Rogue, Sorcerer, Warlock Description: Defeating an Elite pack reduces your Skill Cooldowns by 10 seconds for 12 seconds.

Indestructible +160 All Stats +2,600 Maximum Life x30% All Damage Multiplier +2 to All Skills

Harlequin Crest Armor: 1,275 Armor "This headdress was once worn by an assassin disguised as a court mage. Her treachery was unveiled, but not before she used its magic to curse the king's entire lineage."- The Fall of House Aston Type: Mythic Unique Helm Class: All Classes Description: Gain 20% Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.

Heir of Perdition Armor: 1,275 Armor Beware false prophets donned as sheep yet bearing the stench of wolves. Thou shalt know them by their fruits. For a tree of good cannot produce evil, nor thorns yield a harvest sweet and fair. Type: Mythic Unique Helm Class: All Classes Description: Succumb to hatred and earn Mother's Favor, increasing your damage dealt by 80% [x] . Slaughter enemies to briefly steal Mother's Favor from surrounding allies.

Melted Heart of Selig Armor: 157 All Resist "Do not allow your passions to become obsessions. Fuel the fire that burns within you, but it is madness to allow yourself to become ash to please an uncaring universe."- Last words of Master Selig Type: Mythic Unique Amulet Class: All Classes Description: Damage is dealt to your Primary Resource before Life and damage taken this way is drastically reduced. Your Primary Resource is doubled but Maximum Life is reduced by 75% .

Type: Mythic Unique Glaive Class: Spiritborn Description: Every 2 seconds, you randomly mark a Nearby enemy. Marked enemies are Vulnerable , and your attacks against them are guaranteed to Critically Strike. Hitting a marked enemy 10 times clears the mark from them.

Lucky Hit: Up to a 44% Chance to Become Berserking +20.0% Attack Speed while Berserking +100% Damage Over Time Duration +5,200 Maximum Life

Shroud of False Death Armor: 2,231 Armor "Auriel alone saw past Lucion's guise. With Al'maiesh aloft, she smote the vile prince. Hatred's seed feigned death and waited, loath to enter the Abyss again." - The Great Conflict, Tome I Type: Mythic Unique Chest Armor Class: All Classes Description: When you would be dealt fatal damage, instead you Heal to full Life, gain a Barrier for 100% of your Maximum Life for 3 seconds, and Knock Back Close enemies. This can only occur once every 300 seconds.

Tyrael's Might Armor: 2,231 Armor "Thus Tyrael, a perfect aspect of Justice, came to be. None were more vehement against the forces of hell. Changes to Mythic Uniques Patch 2.5.0, 11 December 2025 Previous: Salvaging a Mythic Unique provides 100 Common Salvage, 100 Veiled Crystals, 100 Legendary Salvage, and a Resplendent Spark. Now: Salvaging a Mythic Unique provides 1,000 legendary Salvage, 100 Forgotten Souls, and a Resplendent Spark. Patch 2.0.2, October 8, 2024 Mythic Unique Item Crafting: Previous: Crafting a specific Mythic Unique costs 4 Resplendent Sparks. Now: A random Mythic Unique can be crafted with 2 Resplendent Sparks. Mythics no longer crafted at Blacksmith but at the Alchemist. Patch 2.0.1, October 8 2024 Adjusted the drop rates of Mythic Unique items from Ladder Bosses to compensate for being guaranteed Ancestral quality. Duriel and Andariel do not guarantee a Mythic item drop but their chance to drop a Mythic item is twice as high as other Tormented bosses. Patch 1.5.0, August 6, 2024 Renamed to Mythic Uniques. Unique and Mythic Unique items can now be acquired from Whisper Caches, Purveyors of Curiosity, and Tortured Gifts in Helltide. The chance to find Mythic Unique items through all non-boss means has been increased. Patch 1.4.0, May 14, 2024 Uber Uniques can start dropping from monster level 55, drops at 925 item power. Andariel added to the Boss Ladder with the same drop table and rate as Duriel. Patch 1.3.3, March 5, 2024 The cost to craft Uber Uniques items has been reduced from 5 Resplendent Sparks to 4. Patch 1.3.2, February 13, 2024 Uber Unique Items can now be salvaged to provide a new resource, Resplendent Sparks. Players can bring 5 Resplendent Sparks to the Alchemist and Transmute an Uber Unique of their choice. The drop chance of Uber Unique items acquired outside of Uber Duriel encounters has been increased. Patch 1.3.0, January 23, 2024 Uber-Unique Items can now be unlocked as transmogs.
