A small patch, Diablo 4 Patch 1.1.0b, has been deployed ahead of the Season One launch which fixes that weird World Tier level requirement that appeared in the last patch.

- Malignant Hearts will now always grant armor that directly maps with their item power.
World Tiers
- Removed the level requirement for World Tiers III and IV.
