Hwanin’s Majesty was quite an underused set in Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction. It comprises four items, three of which are usable by the Desert Wolves mercenaries. The polearm (a bill) has a hefty amount of damage on it, with a valued full-set modifier of 20% life steal, a must for barbarians. When the set is complete, it gets 30% increased attack speed, but the set is not popular, for a number of reasons: the damage is not sufficient for hell difficulty, the belt has only twelve slots, and most importantly, the belt cannot be equipped to a mercenary, which prevents them from getting the IAS and life steal from the set.
