Arc Lash Sorcerer
Ice Armor
A Barrier of ice forms around you for 6 seconds, absorbing 30% of your Base Life in damage. While Ice Armor is active, 5% of your damage dealt is added to Barrier.
Teleport
Transform into lightning becoming Unstoppable and surging to the target location dealing 25% damage around you upon arrival.
Frost Nova
Unleash a torrent of frost, Freezing (CC) enemies around you for 3 seconds.
Flame Shield
Engulf yourself in flames for 2 seconds, Burning surrounding enemies for 40% damage per second.
Arc Lash
Unleash arcing lightning that deals 42% damage to enemies in front of you. Every 10 times Arc Lash swipes, it Stuns (CC) all enemies hit for 2 seconds.
Unstable Currents
Lightning surges within you for 10 seconds. Whenever you cast a Shock Skill, a random Core, Conjuration, or Mastery Shock Skill is also cast.

PARAGON GLYPHS AND BOARDS
Elementalist
- Paragon nodes within range gain + 15% (lvl 1) - 75% (lvl 21) bonus to their Non-physical damage and damage reduction modifiers.
- Dealing Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage to an enemy increases all damage you deal to them by x 5% for 10 seconds, stacking once per element.
Reinforced
- Grants + 25% (lvl 1) - 125% (lvl 21) bonus to all Rare nodes within range.
- You gain 15% Damage Reduction while you have an active Barrier.
Territorial
- For every 5 Dexterity purchased within range, you deal + 2% (lvl 1) - 10% (lvl 21) increased damage to Close targets.
- You gain 15% Damage Reduction against Close enemies.
Control
- For every 5 Intelligence (Necro) purchased within range, you deal + 2% (lvl 1) - 10% (lvl 21) increased damage to Crowd Controlled targets.
- For every 5 Intelligence (Rogue) / 5 Dexterity (Sorc) purchased within range, you deal 3% (lvl 1) - 15% (lvl 21) increased damage to Crowd Controlled enemies.
Destruction
- For every 5 Dexterity purchased within range, you deal + 4% (lvl 1) - 20% (lvl 21) increased Critical Strike Damage.
- Critical Strikes increase all damage the enemy takes from you by x 2% for 10 seconds, up to x 12%.
Exploit
- For every 5 Dexterity (Barb, Druid) / Strength (Rogue) / Dexterity (Necro, Sorc) purchased within range, you deal + 2% (lvl 1) - 8% (lvl 21) increased damage to Vulnerable targets.
- When an enemy is damaged by you, they become Vulnerable for 3 seconds. This cannot happen more than once every 20 seconds per enemy.
Charged
- For every 5 Intelligence within range, Crackling Energy deals + 2% (lvl 1) - 13% (lvl 21_ increased damage.
- Picking up Crackling Energy grants you x 5% increased damage for 5 seconds, up to x 15%.
BUILD AND PARAGON BOARD VIEW
BUILD EXPLANATION
This build will be effective starting at around Level 80 when you have completed enough early endgame boss runs to get Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop Ring and Raiment of the Infinite Chest Armor.
Keep in mind that Raiment of the Infinite Chest Armor does not have the Total Armor stat, so having some Total Armor on another gear item, such as the Amulet, can help to avoid your character being too squishy.
The Flickerstep Boots are aslo nice but not absolutely necessary and can be substituted well enough with the Bounding Conduit Legendary Aspect.
I found this build to be more effective with a Wand and a Focus so I could equip both the Conceited and Storm Swell Legendary Aspects.
With all Glyphs upgraded to Level 15, this build carried me all the way to Level 100 and completion of the Seasonal Journey in SSF mode, which included ar least fiver Duriel Runs.
GAMEPLAY LOOP
Start by Teleporting into a mob. The Raiment of the Infinite Chest Armor will pull all the enemies together into a tight bundle.
Then cast Frost Nova right away to freeze all the enemies.
Begin attacking with Arch Lash. Having the Arc Lash and Fireball Enchantments will result in this skill doing more direct damage and area damage.
Alternate casting Ice Armor and Flame Shield as needed for protection.
Save casting the Unstable Currents skill when taking down larger mobs, Elites, or tougher enemies with a lot health. This skill will also proc Ball Lightning even with no points assigned to Ball Lightning provided you have the Gravitational Legendary Aspect on your gloves.
You can repeat the first step fairly often provided you have around 30% CDR or better in your stats plus the 20% cooldown bonus on Teleport from the chest armor.
