They are not exactly easy to come by and there’s a discussion happening right now about Wrathful Invokers apparently.
As Wrathful Invokers are generally coming from the Uncertain Invoker chests, they are rare and that rarity is had not gone unnoticed. There could be changes afoot based on this post by Pez.

Watch this space I guess because this Season has been a real learning experience for the team with a load of changes in the patch that’s due on the 8th. Further smaller changes like this are likely to happen.
