This was discussed in the latest Diablo Podcast, the difficulty in finding some of the most sought-after rare uniques.
The lack of success in finding these has been talked about recently so Diablo 4 Lead Class Designer Adam Jackson has chipped in to reiterate they do exist in the world. The trick is to have everything that can help you find them in play. This includes battling level 85+ enemies and farming where unique are likely to drop. There are only six which is not a lot in the big scheme of things.
Nobody on the team here has come across them as yet but have you? Here’s the confirmation of their existence.

1. They can drop from level 85+ enemies
2. You get them anywhere you can get a regular Unique, and they always drop at 820 ipower
3. We currently have 6 of them in the game
