Exquisite Blood is a Lair Boss Key used to open Lord Zir 's Hoard (Reward Chest) in the Ancient's Seat in the Darkened Way (Map). It is also used to craft a Pincushioned Doll which is a Lair Boss Key required to access Andariel's Hoard.
Lair Boss Keys are items needed to open the Lair Boss Hoard (Loot Chest) after defeating the Lair Boss. They are not physical keys but simply a consumable item required to access the hoard’s rewards.
- Lair Boss Keys drop in End Game activities such as Helltides, Nightmare Dungeons, Whispers, World Bosses and Legion Events.
- They can be crafted at the Alchemist.
- If in a group each player needs their own Key.
- Stack up to 100.
