The Jeweler in Diablo 4 offers two different kinds of services, gem management and jewelry upgrades.
Gem Management
The main bulk of their services are focussed on gems:
- Salvage gems into Fragments.
- Craft gems into 4 different grades of quality - Chipped, Normal, Flawless or Royal.
- Unsocket gems that are socketed in items. This is free and can be done as many times as you wish. Neither the gem or item disappear.
- Add sockets to items (see below) costing one Scattered Prisms.
