- Damage Reduction While Fortified removed and replaced with +20 Willpower.
- Jewelry Cold Resistance reduced from 13% to 9%.
- Cost reduced from 30 Sapphire Fragments to 10 and 4,500 Gold to 1,000.
- Level requirement reduced from 20 to 15.
