Amethyst - Gems

Amethyst is a type of gem in Diablo 4 which can be used to enhance Armor, Weapons, and Jewelry. There are six different kinds of Gems available to choose from.

Amethyst Quality

There are 5 levels of Amethyst quality:

Chipped
Normal
Flawless
Royal
Grand

Each quality level provides improved Damage Over Time on weapons and Barrier generation on armor, while Shadow Resistances are improved on Jewelry.
