Heir of Perdition is a Mythic Unique available exclusively in the Torment difficulty tiers. Drop rates improve as you progress into higher Torment levels.
Target Farm Heir of Perdition from:
While any monster can drop Heir of Perdition, Belial offers the highest drop rates by far. Andariel and Duriel come next, with 50% better odds than other Lair Bosses.
- Belial in the Palace of the Deceiver, in Amber Sands, Kehjistan (Map).
- Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall, near Tarsarak in Kehjistan (Map).
- Duriel in the Gaping Grevasse near Gea Kul in Kehjistan (Map).
- Can be crafted at the Jewelers.
