Heir of Perdition is a Mythic Unique available exclusively in the Torment difficulty tiers. Drop rates improve as you progress into higher Torment levels.

While any monster can drop Heir of Perdition, Belial offers the highest drop rates by far. Andariel and Duriel come next, with 50% better odds than other Lair Bosses.

• Belial in the Palace of the Deceiver, in Amber Sands, Kehjistan (Map).
• Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall, near Tarsarak in Kehjistan (Map).
• Duriel in the Gaping Grevasse near Gea Kul in Kehjistan (Map).
• Can be crafted at the Jewelers.

Any class can equip Heir of Perdition.

• Always drop as Ancestral with 800 Item Power.
• Will always have at least 1 Greater Affix.
• Can be Masterworked.
• Can add sockets.
• Can not be Tempered.
• Can not be Enchanted.
