Momentum

Momentum is a Rogue passive skill from the Key Passives skill tree.

Momentum Casting or Channeling a Cutthroat Skill grants a stack of Momentum. Casting a Marksman Skill removes a stack of Momentum. For each stack of Momentum, you gain: • 3% Damage Reduction • 3% Maximum Energy • 3%[x] Energy Regeneration • 3%[+] Movement Speed • 6%[x] Increased Damage Maximum of 10 Stacks. Tags: Cutthroat

* Extraction means the Legendary Aspect can be removed from any Legendary item at the Occultist. A dungeon name means the Aspect will be added to your Codex of Power as a reward after completing that dungeon.

Changes to Momentum

• Now counts for Channeled Cutthroat Skills.
• Now only removes stacks when casting Marksman skills.

Patch 1.5.0, August 6, 2024

• Previous – Cutthroat Skills grant a stack of Momentum for 8 seconds if they either hit a Stunned, Dazed, or Frozen enemy, or hit any enemy from behind. While at 3 stacks of Momentum you gain 20% increased Damage Reduction, 30% increased Energy Regeneration, and 15% increased Movement Speed.
• Now – Casting a Cutthroat Skill grants a stack of Momentum. Casting a Non-Cutthroat Skill removes a stack of Momentum. For each stack of Momentum, you gain 3% Damage Reduction, 3% Maximum Energy, 3% Energy Regeneration, 3% Movement Speed, and 5% Damage. This can stack up to 10 times.
