Topaz - Gems

Topaz is a type of gem in Diablo 4 which can be used to enhance Armor, Weapons, and Jewelry. There are six different kinds of Gems available to choose from.

Topaz Quality

There are 4 levels of Topaz quality:

• Chipped
• Normal
• Flawless
• Royal

Each quality provides improved Basic Skill Damage on weapons, intelligence on Armor, and increased Lightning Resistance on Jewelry.

Changes to Topaz - Gems

Patch 1.4.0, May 14, 2024

• Basic Skill Damaged increased.
• Damage Reduction While Control Impaired replaced with Intelligence.
• Lightning Resistance increased and reduced for Chipped.
• Cost reduced for Chipped and normal and increased for Flawless and Royal.
• Level requirement reduced for all, apart from Royal.
