Hamstring is a Barbarian passive skill from the Weapon Mastery skill tree.

Your Bleeding effects have a 15% chance to Slow (CC) Healthy and Injured enemies by 70% each time they deal damage.

Before – Your Bleeding effects Slow Healthy enemies by 20%.
Now – Your Bleeding effects have a 15% chance to Slow Healthy and Injured enemies by 70% each time they deal damage.

Patch 1.1.0a, July 18, 2023

Now only Slows Healthy enemies, and Slow amount increased from 10 / 20 / 30% to 20 / 40 / 60%.
