Winter Glyph

Glyphs like Winter Glyph can be placed into Paragon Boards to add bonuses to your skills. These are stored virtually and not in your inventory and can be levelled up to further improve them.

Winter

Effect:

Rare Paragon nodes within range gain +125% bonus to their effects.

Legendary Bonus:

Increase damage to Crowd Controlled targets by 15%.

Rare: Sorcerer

Additional Bonus:

Whenever you Chill (CC) an enemy, you deal 3% increased Cold damage for 10 seconds, up to 15%.

Requirements: 25 Dexterity (in radius range)

Cold damage increase maximum raised from 15% to 18%.

Previous Bonus: Paragon nodes within range gain +15.0% bonus to their Cold damage and damage reduction modifiers.
