Electric Shock is a Druid Wrath Passive Skill.
Electric ShockLucky Hit: Dealing Lightning Damage to enemies has up to a 5%/10%/15% chance to Immobilize them for 3 seconds. If the target is already Immobilized, the Lightning Damage dealt to them is increased by x 6%/12%/18% instead. Requires a point in Charged Atmosphere. |
