Topazs are the second lowest of Topazes. There are 5 qualities in total and information on all of them can be found on the Topaz guide.

The Gems guide details all the different kinds of gems that can be socketed into gear.

Jewelry Lightning Resistance reduced from +21% to 20%
Character level reduced from 30 to 15

Basic Skill Damage increased from 15% to 20%.
Damage Reduction While Control Impaired replaced with +35 Intelligence.
Lightning Resistance increased from 18% to 21%.
Cost reduced from 1,350 Topaz Fragments to 100 and 12,500 gold to 10,000.
Level requirement reduced from 40 to 30.
