Greater Frozen Orb

Frozen Orb's explosion has a 40% chance to make all enemies hit Vulnerable for 3 seconds. Frozen enemies area always made Vulnerable.

Changes to Greater Frozen Orb

Vulnerable chance increased from 30% to 40% and duration increased from 2 to 3 seconds.

Chance to apply Vulnerable increased from 25% to 30%.
