Flawless Rubies are the second highest quality of Rubies. There are 5 qualities in total and information on all of them can be found on the Ruby guide. The Gems guide details all the different kinds of gems that can be socketed into gear.

Weapon Overpower Damage increased from +21% to 36%.
Armor Maximum Life increased from 3.5% to 6%.
Jerewlry Fire Resistance increased from 24% to 33%.
Cost increased from 350 Ruby Fragments to 1,000 and 18,000 Gold to 100,000.
Required Level decreased from 50 to 45.
