Flawless Emeralds are the second highest quality of Emeralds. There are 5 qualities in total and information on all of them can be found on the Emerald guide. The Gems guide details all the different kinds of gems that can be socketed into gear.

Critical Strike Damage to Vulnerable enemies removed.
Thorns removed and replaced with +50 Dexterity.
Jewelry Poison Resistance increased from 24% to 33%.
Cost increased from 350 Emerald Fragments to 1,000 and 18,000 gold to 100,000.
Level requirement reduced from 50 to 45.
