Enhanced Flay is an upgrade to Flay, a Barbarian skill from the Basic Skill Tree. For full information on this skill visit the Flay page.

Flay has a 15% chance to make the enemy Vulnerable for 5 seconds. Double this chance when using a Two-Handed weapon.
