Flawless Sapphires are the second highest quality of Sapphires. There are 4 qualities in total and information on all of them can be found on the Sapphire guide. The Gems guide details all the different kinds of gems that can be socketed into gear.

Changes to Flawless Sapphire

Patch 1.4.0, May 14, 2024

Critical Strike Damage increased from 10.5% to 14%.
Critical Strike Damage to Crowd Controlled enemies removed.
Damage Reduction While Fortified removed and replaced with +18 Willpower.
Jewelry Cold Resistance increased from 24% to 33%.
Cost increased from 350 Sapphire Fragments to 1,000 and 18,000 Gold to 100,000.
Level requirement reduced from 50 to 45.
