- Required level decreased from 20 to 15.
- Weapon Overpower Damage decreased from +15% to 12%. Armor Maximum Life decreased from 2.5% to 2%. Jerewlry Fire Resistance decreased from 13% to 9%. Cost decreased 30 Ruby Fragments to 10 Ruby Fragments from 4,500 to 1,000 gold.
